Case converter

Paste headlines, descriptions, or keyword lists and convert every line at once. Title Case keeps the small words down where they belong.

What this tool does

Paste any block of text — headlines, descriptions, keyword exports, a client’s ALL-CAPS brief — and convert every line at once to Title Case, Sentence case, lowercase, or UPPERCASE. The Title Case button knows the rules: small words like of, and, the, to stay lowercase unless they open or close the line.

Title Case vs. sentence case in ad copy

Title Case headlines (“Free Shipping On Orders Over $50”) read as more formal and are the convention in most US search ads; sentence case (“Free shipping on orders over $50”) reads closer to organic results and often feels less ad-like. Both are worth testing — what isn’t worth anything is inconsistency, where half a campaign’s RSAs shout in one style and half in the other because two people wrote them in different moods.

One thing Google will actually police

Full UPPERCASE in ad text (“BUY NOW”) violates Google’s editorial policy outside of legitimate acronyms and brand names, and it’s a common disapproval reason for pasted client copy. The UPPERCASE mode here is for keyword wrangling and spreadsheet work — for live ads, convert down, not up. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you paste is stored.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Title Case and sentence case?

Title Case capitalizes every significant word ("Shop The New Fall Collection" — small words like of, and, the stay lowercase). Sentence case capitalizes only the first word and after sentence-ending punctuation. Both are Google Ads policy-compliant; all-caps generally is not.

Does Google Ads allow ALL CAPS in ad copy?

Not as a style. Google's editorial policy disallows excessive capitalization; all-caps is only accepted for genuine acronyms, brand names, and standard usage like "USA". Ads written in all caps are routinely disapproved.

Can I convert multiple headlines at once?

Yes. Paste one line per headline or keyword and every line converts in a single click, preserving the line breaks so the list pastes back into your sheet or Google Ads Editor cleanly.
